what do you call a blogger who posts halloween pics at christmas time?
a crappy one (a.k.a. me)
i'm here and i have so much content to post, so i'll just chip away at it little by little.
which means i may not catch up until april. whatevs.
not to make excuses or anything, but i have been drawing home portraits in every moment of my spare time. i even had to make an order deadline for christmas. say what?
so while i've been nurturing coco custom, i've been neglecting my blog.
sorry about that.
here's a peek from october. ha!
1) selfies with me, the boy and a candle (per his request).
2) what do you do when dress-up clothes no longer fit and you remember you need to dress up the night before "career day" at school? you slap a label on a labcoat and go to school as a lego designer.
crisis averted.
3) instead of singing at his school sing-songs, crosby playes games with his tongue. it could be considered odd....or cute.
4) crosby and his bestie on halloween.
5) raphael (or ben, in case you couldn't tell)
6) we were trying really hard to get rid of our kids that day, but there were no takers. pretty good deal, if you ask me.
7) chris and i completed 13 weeks of p90x3 and survived (minus some pounds and inches).
8) my dad ran a half marathon like it was nobody's business (his full marathon is next week). and since my knee had been giving me a good scare, i decided to voulnteer as a course monitor instead of running the race. so i got to see my daddy in action. so proud!
9) pumpkin season has come and gone.
10) first grade puffy hair.
11) long story short: chris has a severe cat allergy. i found an abandoned six-week old kitten ridden with fleas. we brought him home, named him, loved him, nursed him to health. chris sneezed his face off for two weeks. we found kitty a new home. it was fun while it lasted, ghostbuster.
12) you never know what you are going to get with this kid. well, that's not entirely true. you can always count on crosby to bring the crazy.
13) we dressed up and went to a fancy fundraiser, followed by a birthday party to celebrate a friend.
14) if i fell as many times as ben does on skates, i would be a crying mess. it didn't bother him a bit.
coming up: thanksgiving, engagement, christmas and shop updates. thanks for sticking with me, homies.
looking forward to visiting santa today! how was your week? what are you looking forward to?
love,
coco
